Winter McDermott Design is a New York Interior Design firm specializing in high-end residential spaces. Created by Maureen Winter McDermott, the firms seeks to bring a fresh, unique, and modern design to the Hamptons and beyond. 

Maureen is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design and has worked for many well-known design and architectural firms in both NYC and the Hamptons. Her aesthetic was shaped while working under design icon and mentor Vicente Wolf which led to creating her own firm in 2015. Maureen strongly believes that design should tell a cohesive story and should not be limited to decorative but rather something that’s tightly in harmony with architecture. She’s passionate about creating approachable, relaxed interiors that provide a calm and serene environment. Maureen’s work has been recognized by publications including Cottages and Gardens, Hamptons, Gotham, Luxe, Rue, Yahoo Finance, and House Beautiful. Winter McDermott Design is based in Sag Harbor where Maureen lives with her husband Michael and two children PJ and Winter.
